Family Plan: One Pays, Others Train Too 👨‍👩‍👧

Mark a time-based membership as a family plan and, when you sell it, pick from your members who else uses it: the buyer’s family, a company’s employees or a team. Each of them, with their own profile and phone number, checks in through access control, books their classes and sees the membership in their app. It’s one sale, one payment and one renewal, all on the payer’s account, and you can add or remove people from the payer’s profile anytime. If the payer falls behind, nobody gets in with the plan until it’s paid.

HOW MUCH SHOULD BE IN THE DRAWER?

Your Daily Cash Register, Balanced to the Cent 💵

The register opens on today’s date and shows how much should be in the drawer: the cash, including what was left from the day before, and the card receipts; transfers and online payments are shown separately. At closing, enter what you counted and the register tells you whether it balances, or whether money is missing or left over. You also see what each person on your team recorded.

About memberships

What you should know before choosing

It is the software that keeps each member's plan, expiration date, payments and status in one place, so you can handle renewals and collections without spreadsheets.
Start with one profile per member showing their plan, expiration date, payments and contact details. Then automate two things: renewal reminders and blocking access when a membership expires. EasySocio includes both, on the free plan too.
Yes. You can set different plan types and track renewals easily.
Yes. Besides time-based plans (monthly, quarterly or yearly), you can create class packs with an expiration date. For drop-in classes, you simply create a one-class pack. Each booking uses one class from the pack, and if the member cancels within the cancellation window you set, the class goes back to the pack. Once that window has passed, members can’t cancel on their own. The member list shows how many classes each member has left.
While the payer has a pending payment or the plan has expired, nobody gets in with that plan, and access control doesn’t show the people on the plan how much the payer owes. Everyone stays on the plan: once the payer is up to date or the plan is renewed, they can get in again without being added back. Everything goes through the payer’s account: the payment, the renewal (automatic if your gym uses auto-renewal, or by selling them the plan again) and the purchase and expiration notices, which only the payer receives.
It gets marked as expired, access can be blocked (if enabled), and you can quickly identify who needs to renew.
Yes. Every payment is saved on the member’s profile with its payment method, and the profile shows whether they owe anything. Each payment also goes into the daily cash register on its own, according to how it was paid. EasySocio doesn’t process payments: it records them.
Yes. Before a membership or class pack expires, the member gets an automatic reminder on WhatsApp and, if they have an email address on file, by email too. You can customize the email text. The WhatsApp reminder comes from EasySocio’s notification number, is deducted from your message bonus and can be turned off.
