Indoor cycling studio software where every bike has a number

Your riders don’t book a generic spot, they book bike 7. They pick the number when booking, see which bikes are already taken and walk in knowing exactly where they’re going, with no handwritten list at the front desk.

Bookings, bikes and class packs: what cycling studios ask

Answers for studios where capacity is counted in bikes

It’s where your class grid, your bike bookings, your class packs and your memberships live. Call it an indoor cycling studio, a cycle studio or a spin studio: capacity isn’t an abstract number, it’s the bikes on the floor, and the system has to count them that way.
Yes. You turn numbered spots on for that class and the bikes run from 1 to the capacity: 18 bikes means 1 through 18. Riders see which ones are taken, pick their own and keep the number on their booking. Everyone else just sees that bike as taken, never who booked it.
Upload a photo or a floor plan of the room with the numbering and riders open it while they choose. You can start the same day: no need to paint numbers on the bikes, the plan just has to show which one is which.
You set how many hours ahead a rider can cancel. Past that point the cancel button disappears and the system rejects the cancellation, so a bike booked days in advance doesn’t free up five minutes before class. The one exception is the first 15 minutes after booking, so someone who picked the wrong class can undo it. From the admin panel you can cancel whenever you need to.
Yes, and they run alongside monthly memberships. The class comes off the pack when the rider books the bike, so whoever grabbed bike 7 on Tuesday has already paid for it. Cancel within the window and the class goes back to the pack; no-show and it’s gone. Once the window has passed, riders can’t cancel on their own: your staff can, but the class doesn’t go back to the pack on its own. Whatever is left when the pack expires counts as used too, and you can take one off by hand when you need to.
They don’t. With QR access control they scan from their phone and go straight to their bike without stopping at the desk. When 45-minute classes run back to back, that’s the difference between starting on time and starting once the queue clears.
Membership expiry reminders go out automatically over WhatsApp and email, and welcome messages over WhatsApp, using pre-approved templates. Each WhatsApp message is deducted from a message bonus that’s topped up with every renewal of your EasySocio plan, and you can buy more if your timetable needs it. There’s no automatic reminder before each class, and we’d rather say so here: in cycling what protects your occupancy is the cancellation window, not a message the night before.
