Yes! With EasySocio, all plans include two free versions of the access control system. You only need a computer at the gym entrance and a keyboard. Your members enter by typing their phone number or ID. Want something more professional? You can also use barcode cards. Just generate them in the system, give them to your members, and connect a code reader. They scan upon entry… and voilà, access like at the cinema! 🎟️

Yes, if it’s a time-based membership marked as a family plan (class packs can’t be shared). Each person checks in with their own phone number, ID or code, and the access control screen shows whose family plan they’re using, with the membership and its expiration date. If the payer has a pending payment or the plan has expired, nobody gets in with that plan, and the people on the plan aren’t shown how much the payer owes.

Because controlling who enters (and who doesn’t) without standing at the door is simply brilliant. It improves security, prevents unauthorized access, and gives you useful statistics like who comes... and who pays but doesn’t show up. 👀

You can use anything from a computer with a standard keyboard to barcode readers, tablets, or devices with a camera to scan the QR code or use facial recognition. If it has internet, it will probably work. 😉

Each location opens its own front desk screen, showing the location’s name, and records its check-ins there. Memberships are valid at every location, and if a member already booked a class for today, checking in at another location doesn’t use up another one. If a location uses turnstiles or facial recognition, message us before adding the second one.

Access needs a connection to validate data in real-time. Without internet, members cannot enter… but at least you know the reason! 🧠💡 We recommend a stable connection (even if it’s through the neighbor’s WiFi 😉).
