Also included in all plans ✅. Now you can provide access via QR: generate the member credential from EasySocio, send it (WhatsApp, email, or printed), and done. Upon entry, the member shows their QR, and you scan it with any device with a camera: phone, laptop, or a common webcam. The magic? No need to buy a reader like with barcodes. Still, if you already have a reader or love the classic way, we continue to support barcodes as well. Less hardware, fewer hassles, more people inside 🔄

Yes! With EasySocio, all plans include two free versions of the access control system. You only need a computer at the gym entrance and a keyboard. Your members enter by typing their phone number or ID. Want something more professional? You can also use barcode cards. Just generate them in the system, give them to your members, and connect a code reader. They scan upon entry… and voilà, access like at the cinema! 🎟️

Access needs a connection to validate data in real-time. Without internet, members cannot enter… but at least you know the reason! 🧠💡 We recommend a stable connection (even if it’s through the neighbor’s WiFi 😉).
