Also included in all plans ✅. Now you can provide access via QR: generate the member credential from EasySocio, send it (WhatsApp, email, or printed), and done. Upon entry, the member shows their QR, and you scan it with any device with a camera: phone, laptop, or a common webcam. The magic? No need to buy a reader like with barcodes. Still, if you already have a reader or love the classic way, we continue to support barcodes as well. Less hardware, fewer hassles, more people inside 🔄

It is a system that automatically validates if a member can enter based on their membership.
Yes! With EasySocio, all plans include two free versions of the access control system. You only need a computer at the gym entrance and a keyboard. Your members enter by typing their phone number or ID. Want something more professional? You can also use barcode cards. Just generate them in the system, give them to your members, and connect a code reader. They scan upon entry… and voilà, access like at the cinema! 🎟️
Yes. Access is automatically blocked when memberships expire.
Because controlling who enters (and who doesn’t) without standing at the door is simply brilliant. It improves security, prevents unauthorized access, and gives you useful statistics like who comes... and who pays but doesn’t show up. 👀
You can use anything from a computer with a standard keyboard to barcode readers, tablets, or devices with a camera to scan the QR code or use facial recognition. If it has internet, it will probably work. 😉

The manual control version was designed to be used on a fixed computer, but if you are creative, you can open it on a supported tablet. Although ideally, it should be fixed at the entrance so that no ninja escapes. 🥷

Of course! You can have multiple access points working at the same time, ideal if you have a main door, one for spinning, and another secret one just for Zumba instructors. 🕺
Access needs a connection to validate data in real-time. Without internet, members cannot enter… but at least you know the reason! 🧠💡 We recommend a stable connection (even if it’s through the neighbor’s WiFi 😉).
Of course! EasySocio logs failed attempts. Ideal for knowing if someone is trying to enter "anyway" or if the subscription simply expired and the person didn’t notice. 🔍📋
Yes. The system generates PDF cards ready to print. Use a regular printer or take the file to a print shop. No magical printer or unicorn ink required. 🦄🖨️
