EasySocio Legal Notice

1. Responsible Entity Information

This website and the EasySocio web application are operated by EasySocio, a management platform for gyms, academies, and sports centers. Owner: Mauricio Costanzo. RUT: 215983400017. Registered address: Av. 26 de Marzo 3439. Montevideo, Uruguay. For any inquiries, you can contact us via WhatsApp at +598 92742064.

2. Terms of Use

By accessing and using this website and our web application, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. EasySocio provides management tools for gyms but is not responsible for any improper use of the platform. You may not use this service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes that could negatively impact EasySocio, other users, or third parties. We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who violates these terms.

3. Free Plan

The free plan has no expiry date and does not require a credit card. It includes the same features as the paid plans: the only difference is how many members can be registered, as stated on the pricing page. Once that cap is reached, the account stays operational with access to all the information already stored. The only action blocked is registering new members until a higher plan is purchased. No information is deleted and no feature already in use is restricted. Integration with facial recognition devices and turnstiles carries an additional cost over the contracted plan, under the same conditions as for every other plan. An account may be set to inactive after 30 days without use. Deactivating does not delete anything: the information stays stored and its retention is governed by the Privacy Policy, which sets a period of 12 months from the last activity. These are two separate periods: one decides when the account stops being active, the other how long the information is kept. EasySocio may change the conditions of the free plan, including the number of members it covers, giving reasonable prior notice through the site or by email. Changes do not apply retroactively to information already stored.

4. Service Availability and Errors

We continuously work to provide the best possible experience for our users and maintain agreements with high-level cloud infrastructure providers to maximize platform stability. However, we cannot guarantee 100% service availability or the complete absence of system errors. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or external causes beyond our control. In the event of incidents, we will make every effort to restore the service as quickly as possible and notify our users if necessary.
