EasySocio collects information such as name, email, phone number, IP address, and usage data to improve our services. We do not store payment data, as payment processing is handled by trusted external providers like PayPal, who ensure the security and management of such data. The requested information is necessary for platform registration and free trial access. This process is carried out exclusively through our web application and not on our commercial website.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
Data is used for service management, support, billing, analytics, and commercial communications with user consent.
4. Data Retention
Data will be stored while the account is active or for a maximum of 12 months after the last activity. An account may be set to inactive before that, after 30 days without use, but deactivating is not deleting: the information is kept for the 12 months stated above. This applies equally to free and paid accounts. Once the period has elapsed the information is deleted, except for tax data, which is retained for 5 years as required by law.
