Everything about the EasySocio free plan

The questions that come up when something sounds too good.

Actually free, and it does not expire. This is not a trial: there is no day when we ask for your card or lock the account. As long as you have up to 30 members, you can use it for as long as you want without paying.
None. You get member and membership management, class bookings, the appointment system, access control, the member app, automated WhatsApp messages, reports, inventory and Excel import. Same as the paid plans. The only cap is how many members you can register.
Nothing shuts down. The account keeps working with all your data and every feature: the only thing you cannot do is register new members until you move to a paid plan. Nobody loses access and you can still collect this month fees.
No. We do not ask for a credit card to create the account or to use the free plan. You will only need one the day you decide to move to a paid plan.
There is no catch, there is a model: if your gym grows, at some point you will need to register more members and that is when you move to a paid plan. Meanwhile, it suits us that you use the system and do well. We also do not sell your data or fill the app with ads.
If you go 30 days without logging in, the account may be set to inactive, but that deletes nothing: your data stays stored. Information is kept for 12 months from the last activity, as stated in our privacy policy.
The access control feature is included: you can manage entry by QR code, phone, ID or barcode at no extra cost. What is quoted separately is the integration with turnstiles or facial recognition devices, at USD 25 a month on top of the plan, the same as for any paid plan.
